Thanks to high hydration and long fermentation (more than 36 hours), the sides of the pizza are extremely fluffy and the fire of the oven leaves a leopard print on them. Don't leave them out, they taste great with olive oil, sauces or they can be a great addition to soups or dips.

Wood, marble, natural stone, lots of greenery, flowers and space create relaxing atmosphere of comfort and warmth.

We tried to preserve the elements of the historic building as much as possible, so we returned the walls to their original look , leaving the elements of Austrian brick.

In the morning at the bar we brew aromatic Moak coffee, during the day we pour sparkling prosecco and various wines from Italy, Spain and the New World into glasses. We suggest ending your evening with a classic Negroni cocktail or a bright and light Bellini, a real Italian digestif - Amaro, ice-cold Limoncello, or aged grape Grappa - the choice is always yours.
